Plant / Delivery:
- Please call Dispatch Center nearest you for specific order and delivery times.
- Early or Late Pours are subject to plant time charges and overtime charges.
- Any "Will Call" orders not confirmed within 2 hours of loading time are subject to removal from schedule.
- Unloading time in excess of 10 minutes per cubic yard will be subject to an additional charge.
Advance Notice:
- BARD Materials encourages customers to place their orders by 3:00 p.m. the previous day to ensure superior service.
- All Saturday "Will Calls" must be placed and confirmed as a "Go Order" by 3:00 p.m. on Friday. Orders taken after 3:00 p.m. on Friday will be subject to availability.
- Special admixtures/materials to be added at the jobsite or at the plant should be addressed with Dispatch at the time of order placement. This allows dispatch to synchronize service and plant capabilities with your production levels by including additional mixing and loading times into the schedule.
